Kent hat selbst Quarterback in der High School, im Marine Corps und in Virginia in einer Semi-Profi Liga gespielt, wo er auch als Co-Offensive Coordinator fungierte.

Im Frühling 2019 ging er als Assistent Coach an die Fayetteville High School, danach bekam er an der Lafayette County High School die Posten als Offensive Coordinator und Junior High Head Coach und Offensive Coordinator (2019-2021). Dort konnte er der Mannschaft zu 50% mehr Punkten verhelfen.

2021-2022 ging er in die Schweiz, wo er in den vergangenen zwei Saisonen Offensive Coordinator der Winterthur Warriors NLA war. Außerdem coachte er Quarterbacks und Wide Receiver an der QB Gunslinger Academy.

I’m excited to make the Graz Giants a better organization not only on the offensive side of the ball, but from a professional perspective as well. I’ll be able to introduce new resources for the coaches and players so they can improve in the game of football and hopefully we score a ton of points!”
